Flores and Foley Metal Roofing Company Lands a Big Project

Flores and Foley have just won a big project in Wilmington, NC. This project is with Cape Fear Academy and Thomas Construction Group, as the general contractor. The Academy will be converting the old gym into a state of the art performing arts theater. Flores and Foley will install a TPO roofing system over the gym’s existing structure. Four specially fabricated smoke and heat vents will be installed on the main roof as well as new metal wall paneling. A new front entrance and new rear building will be added to the existing structure. Flores and Foley will install standing seam metal roofing systems on both new buildings.

As demand increases for heat-reflective and energy efficient roofing in NC, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roofing membranes continue to provide exceptional resistance to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure.
