Rene Flores

Owner/Partner

After 10 years in the construction industry, Rene founded Flores & Foley Roofing with Peter Foley. Today, eight years later, the company enjoys continued business growth and diversification. Rene oversees business development for all the Flores & Foley companies, including P&R Roofing, focusing on sales, quality and service. Rene is a recognized member of numerous industry trade associations.

Originally from Mexico, Rene and his family have resided in the Wilmington area for the past 11 years.

Peter R. Foley

Owner/Partner

Originally from upstate New York, Peter has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years and serves as CEO and CFO of Flores & Foley Roofing and P&R Roofing. For the past 10 years, Peter has been specializing in the construction and roofing business here in the Wilmington area. As founder and partner of Flores & Foley, Peter is responsible for business development for both the residential and commercial divisions of the company.

David Mattice

General Manager

David joined Flores & Foley in March 2004 as the manager of P&R Roofing, Inc., the company's commercial division. By June 2006, David was named general manager for the Flores & Foley family of companies, managing overall operations and strategic planning initiatives to ensure continued growth and strength in the industry.

David is a qualifier for the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors, and is currently a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association, as well as the Carolina Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and has completed post-graduate work at SUNY-Brockport.

Adam Donohue

Division Manager, P&R Roofing, Inc. and Flores & Foley Fabrication

Since joining the company in 2004, Adam has taken on increasing leadership roles throughout the Flores & Foley family of companies. Currently, Adam coordinates and monitors all commercial projects.

Adam is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association and the Carolina Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association.

Rick Warren

Division Manager, Residential

Rick has been in the roofing industry for the past five years, and joined the organization in 2005. Rick's current responsibilities include the operations, logistics and supervision of the residential division of the Flores & Foley family of companies.

Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Finance from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and has completed graduate work at SUNY-Brockport.

Ray Williams

Controller

Ray joined Flores & Foley in 2006 and brings over 22 years of accounting experience. As company controller, Ray manages the day-to-day financial operations of the company and has been a valued addition to the organization.

Ray earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from UNC-Charlotte and is currently a member of the National Association of Accountants.

Mike Mai

Fabrication Division Manager

The Flores and Foley Companies welcome Michael Mai as the Fabrication & Warehouse Manager.

Michael vast construction background includes serving in the military as an engineer and working in the Roofing and sheet metal industry for 20 years. He is highly regarded as a master craftsman in the metal fabrication world. His knowledge and experience will lead The Flores and Foley companies in the expansion of their sheet metal shop.

Robert Pearson

Shallotte Branch Manager

Bob joined Flores & Foley in the fall of 2006 as the manager for our newest location in Shallotte, NC. Bob manages the overall operations and business development for Brunswick County. With over 30 years of management experience in the building industry, Bob brings impressive expertise and passion to our newest location.
